Macy's debuted in Hawaii on Nov. 23, 2001, the day after Thanksgiving, taking over Liberty House after several months of transition. Jen, who survived the changeover (and the day after Thanksgiving), has worked at the main store at Ala Moana Center off and on since October 2000. She works in the cookware department on the fourth floor (for now), and knows everything there is to know about pots and pans.
