Struve, Elizabeth
Aliases: Unknown

Liz worked with me at PBEC (where I worked from October 1998 to February 2003), succeeding Lacene as Executive Assistant to the Secretary General (Bob). She left in the summer of 2002 to welcome and raise her daughter, Isabella.

From her official (but outdated) biography:

Elizabeth Struve is the Executive Assistant to the Secretary General of the Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC). Ms. Struve handles corporate communications for the Secretary General, serving as the liaison with chairmen, CEO's, and senior management of multinational corporations, U.S. and foreign ministers, state officials and diplomats. She also serves as a vital link between the International Secretariat and PBEC's twenty regional offices throughout the Pacific Rim, coordinating special events and the administrative and policy actions of the organization.

Ms. Struve held positions as Assistant/Acting Field Operations Manager for OmniTrak Group Inc., a market research company, and as an Assistant Program Director at the Pacific and Asian Affairs Council, where she was highly commended for her abilities to recruit speakers for international conferences and her enthusiasm in furthering international relations.

Ms. Struve is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Asian Studies. She holds a certificate from the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages that classifies her as an advanced level speaker of the Indonesian language (Bahasa Indonesia).
