What is a "Cheese French"? Must be quite important, because as I snapped this photo, the proprietor of the joint - Fuji-Pan Bakery on Beretania St. - just about blew a fuse. "What are you doing?" he demanded. I decided against telling him that the Russians were very interested in his pastry technology.
