Oceanit hosts students from several Oahu high schools to highlight
innovation. The program is an alternative to "Furlough Fridays," which
has pulled Hawaii public school students out of the classroom in what
is now the shortest school year in the nation. This week's program --
which included several presentations and hands-on activities,
culminating in student pitches for an innovation fund -- was organized
by the Hogan Entrepreneurship program at Chaminade.
