Zen Sushi
A HawaiiThreads lunch downtown, called by Mitchell "scrivener" Dwyer, at
the new Zen Sushi (Korean sushi) at the Remington College Building (1111
Bishop Street). The grand opening is the week of Jan. 8, 2007. Proprietor
Jong Ho Kim offers the usual Aloha Sushi fare, but has several items with a
Korean twist. Kim chee maki, bulgogi soba, and unusual additions to the
sushi palette including cream cheese and hot sauces.
