Pinnacle
Construction steams ahead on The Pinnacle Honolulu (pinnaclehonolulu.com),
a narrow, 36-story condo tower squeezed onto a narrow lot at the top of
Bishop Street. At most two units will be squeezed onto each floor,
1,500-square feet selling for $800,000 (lower levels) to $2,895,500
(two-story, mauka facing penthouse). Of course, coming up right across the
street is Capitol Place (capitolplace.com), a gargantuan 39-story monster
that'll blot out the Pinnacle's much touted mountain views.
