Boots & Kimo's in Kailua (131 Hekili St., 808-263-7929). Voted Best
Pancakes in Hawaii. Also known for drawing a crowd, we lucked out with a 10
minute wait. Said to be Jorge Garcia's (Hurley on "LOST") favorite
restaurant.
