ryan, you're too young to be doing this. aack! once they get you started on the drugs its not easy to get off unless you make a huge change in your lifestyle, something which I have not done a very good job with.... gotta cut the junk foods, the salt, lots of the ono lunches I seen mentioned in HawaiiThreads and on your picture sites. And of course my worst thing... exercise. Good luck, take care.

Ryan, I agree with Macpro. You are too young with a beautiful family!!!!!!!! I suffered my first stroke almost ten years ago. TIA'S (small strokes) and medications up the yang yangs. Please, take care of yourself. If not for you for your family. Cut down on the salt. Exercise and lessen stress. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and fish. A quick and safe way for a diet. Oatmeal and broiled salmon steak for one month straight for breakfast and dinner. Lunch, salad with vigarrette dressing. Plese let us know how you do. If there is anything that I can do, let me know. I can prepare, cook and was a certified Nurses Aide. Anytime Ryan. Just ask. Lynn Hello to Jenn and hugs to Katie, Zach and Alex!
