West Shore, Llandudno, North Wales. The house where Charles II hid from the invaders. Note the happy face design on the chimney paintwork, so designed as to imply that it was a friendly refuge during the wars. Find more info here. Again on the North Wales coast, I liked this image because it shows the curvature of the Earth out at sea (or is it a trick of the tiny EM lens?).

Silhouetted pampus grass leaves against the evening sky. A test of how well the EM handles red in good light. I've worked in broadcasting and from my understanding of engineering and electronics, red represents a major challenge to photo-technology - remember the blurred and bleeding reds in VHS when it came out?
